Animals play a vital role in the mission of Caroline’s Ranch; operating as a working ranch. The program focuses on raising cattle and training working dogs and horses that have purposeful roles in daily ranch operations. Youth are directly involved in livestock care and hands-on animal training, learning the rhythms and responsibilities of ranch life. Through patience, trust, discipline, and consistent work, youth develop responsibility, confidence, and practical skills while building meaningful relationships with both the animals and the land.
