Animals play a vital role in the mission of Caroline’s Ranch. The program focuses on training working horses and dogs that have purposeful roles in the daily ranch operations of raising cattle. Youth are directly involved in livestock care and hands-on animal training, learning the rhythms and responsibilities of ranch life. Through patience, trust, discipline, and consistent work, youth develop responsibility, confidence, and practical skills while building meaningful relationships with both the animals and the land.
